Merchandising Consultants Associates

Title : Retail Reline Merchandiser

Location : Sussex, NB

Job Type : Part-Time, Hourly

  • Wage : $16.65 - $17.65 per hour
  • Hours : 10 - 20 hours per week
  • Schedule : Flexible, typically Monday through Friday between 8 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute Store Relines : Reconfigure store layouts, adjust shelving, and implement relines based on detailed planograms.
  • Product Placement : Organize and position merchandise to optimize space and highlight key products according to client directives.
  • Fixture Adjustments : Build, modify, and dismantle shelves and displays as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Communication : Provide timely updates to your leads, submitting online reports and uploading photos.

  • Expertise : Prior experience with general retail relines, particularly in grocery, drug, or big-box stores.
  • Technical Skills : Ability to read and execute planograms with precision. Familiarity with smartphones for data collection and reporting.

  • Professionalism : A positive and adaptable attitude that is consistently presented in a neat and professional manner.
  • Collaboration : Working closely with your team to coordinate reline activities, share ideas, and maximize efficiency
