About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead the full controllership function for a multi‑entity manufacturing group. Reporting to the CFO, this role oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and ERP governance. You will partner closely with operations, supply chain, sales, and leadership to ensure financial accuracy and support decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle accounting, month‑end close, and consolidated financial reporting
• Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and balance sheet integrity
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting, including valuation and variance analysis
• Manage accounts receivable and supervise a small accounting team
• Act as ERP “super‑user,” partnering with IT and business stakeholders on system accuracy and enhancements
