- Ensure effective communication with the Volvo supplier, whether through the Tech Line or direct calls, to facilitate accurate diagnosis.
- Perform maintenance and repair of machines.
- Conduct preventive maintenance.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the premises, tools, and work equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service during communications with clients.
- Report problematic situations and emphasize continuous improvement.

Job requirements
- DEP in construction equipment mechanics or other relevant training.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs and diagnostics.
- Experience with heavy vehicles (an asset).
- Understanding of diagrams and schematics.
- Class 5 driver's license.
- Licenses 421A and 310T are assets.
- Bilingualism (French and English) to communicate with English-speaking clients (an asset).
