MadWall is looking for Permanent Data Entry Clerks who are looking for full-time shifts for a manufacturing facility in Burlington.
Start Date : ASAP
Wage : $19.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr + 4% vacation pay + Benefits upon Hire
$125.00 Hiring Bonus, please ask our recruiters for more detail.
Shift : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Your role within the company would be :
- Maintain general ledgers
- Assist in invoicing
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in all daily office tasks, filing, sorting, and answering phones
- Data entry through Microsoft Dynamic GP
The ideal candidate has :
- A minimum of 2 years experience in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dyanmics GP, Outlook, Word & Excel
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
