About the Role
Reliance is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) . In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and support clients with their needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Training Schedule
- Duration : 6 weeks
- Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (mandatory in-person training)
Work Schedule (Post-Training)
Two-week rotational shifts :
Week 1 : Monday–Friday, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PMWeek 2 : Four weekdays, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM + Saturday shift (11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM; may vary 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM or 10 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM)Additional Notes :
Saturday shifts will always be Work from HomeHybrid option available after probation, based on performance (4 days in-office, 1 days wfh)Day shift opportunities may be offered based on performance after the first quarterKey Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathyProvide accurate information regarding services and productsResolve customer issues or escalate when necessaryMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systemsMeet performance metrics and contribute to a positive team environmentQualifications
Previous customer service experience (call center or retail) preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills in English AND Cantonese / Mandarin (MUST)Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and SaturdaysReliable internet connection for remote workStrong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesPositive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
