Description de posteWeek 1 : Monday–Friday, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM Week 2 : Four weekdays, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM + Saturday shift (11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM; may vary 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM or 10 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM) Saturday shifts will always be Work from Home Hybrid option available after probation, based on performance (4 days in-office, 1 days wfh) Day shift opportunities may be offered based on performance after the first quarter Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy Provide accurate information regarding services and products Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems Meet performance metrics and contribute to a positive team environment Previous customer service experience (call center or retail) preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills in English AND Cantonese / Mandarin (MUST) Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and Saturdays Reliable internet connection for remote work Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service

About the Role
Reliance is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) . In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and support clients with their needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Training Schedule
- Duration : 6 weeks
- Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (mandatory in-person training)
Work Schedule (Post-Training)
