Job description

Job Title : Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location : North York, ON M2J 4P8

Pay Rate : $20 / hr.

About the Role

Reliance is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) . In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and support clients with their needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Training Schedule

Duration : 6 weeks
Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (mandatory in-person training)

Work Schedule (Post-Training)

Two-week rotational shifts :

Week 1 : Monday–Friday, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM

Week 2 : Four weekdays, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM + Saturday shift (11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM; may vary 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM or 10 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM)

Additional Notes :

Saturday shifts will always be Work from Home

Hybrid option available after probation, based on performance (4 days in-office, 1 days wfh)

Day shift opportunities may be offered based on performance after the first quarter

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Provide accurate information regarding services and products

Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Meet performance metrics and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience (call center or retail) preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English AND Cantonese / Mandarin (MUST)

Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and Saturdays

Reliable internet connection for remote work

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
