Technical Sales Engineering Specialist to drive business growth by delivering tailored packaging and automation solutions for our client. This role combines sales expertise, technical knowledge, and relationship-building skills to create long-term partnerships and ensure customer success.

Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term business relationships.
- Understand client-specific requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to design customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software, including follow-ups, calls, and meetings.
- Coordinate with Customer Success teams to support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for clients onsite.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with design firms, equipment distributors, system integrators, and OEMs.
- Research emerging trends and new markets in VFFS machinery and packaging automation.
- Provide actionable market insights to influence product development and innovation.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations to showcase capabilities.
- Offer engineering-driven solutions to address complex manufacturing challenges.
- Interpret and explain technical drawings and specifications to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Act as the primary technical contact for key accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
- Build strong relationships through personalized engagement and technical guidance.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, promoting products and networking with potential clients.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales.
- Strong technical background in machinery automation or related fields.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (20-30%).
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
