About the Role

We’re looking for a Staff Data Analyst to join Match Group’s E&E Monetization Pod, driving insights that shape how our brands create value for users and the business. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a strategic thinker who’s comfortable with ambiguity, moves quickly, and looks for opportunities to make an impact. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other teams to help drive revenue growth, improve feature adoption, and find new monetization levers. You’ll also partner with analysts across engagement, marketing, and trust & safety, sharing clear, high‑impact insights with both your team and executive leadership to guide important decisions across the organization.

How you will make impact :

• Monetization Experimentation – Design and analyze A / B tests to optimize pricing strategies, feature adoption, and subscription conversion.
• Insight Generation – Analyze large‑scale datasets to identify monetization opportunities, behavioral patterns, and friction points.
• Strategic Storytelling – Translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights for cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Opportunity Discovery – Drive impact by proactively identifying new questions and value areas before they’re asked.
• Cross‑Functional Impact – Work with Engagement, Marketing, and Trust & Safety pods to balance user experience and monetization goals.
• Fast Execution – Adapt quickly, iterate on analyses, and prioritize ruthlessly in a dynamic environment with evolving business needs.

We may be a Match if :

$140000- $165000 a year

The compensation range listed above is representative of the base salary offered. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Vancouver, Canada. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city, state, and country), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
