IT Support Technician
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance in person, over the phone, or via email
- Performing remote or in-person troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Deploying and supporting network hardware (switches, routers, wireless AP)
- Setup and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, mobile and IP based phones
- Setup and support Office 365, Microsoft Teams
- Support data backup / recovery procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Customer service experience focused on high-quality communications
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent hardware knowledge
- Excellent Knowledge of a variety of software applications, especially : Server 2012 / 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019; Microsoft Windows 10 / 11; Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in PC & Server hardware diagnostic & troubleshooting
- Network diagnostic & troubleshooting
- Basic Teams / SharePoint knowledge
- Must have a valid Drivers License and a vehicle
