➡️ In this dynamic position, you will deliver professional inbound and outbound customer service both by phone and in person. Working closely with and supportin the Sales Team.
➡️ Provide product and service information, process orders accurately, and resolve immediate issues to meet customer demand.
➡️ Manage multiple customer accounts by responding to inquiries via phone and email, resolving concerns efficiently, and identifying root causes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
