What You’ll Have :

• Experience : A minimum of 10+ years in the field, with at least 5 years in management or leadership roles.
• Education : A University Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Civil Engineering, or Construction Project Management.
• Credentials : Professional qualifications like PQS and MRICS.
• Estimation Expertise : Demonstrated experience in preparing estimates across all project classes, from conceptual to pre-tender.
• Cost Whisperer : You know the ins and outs of cost management practices and procedures.
• Client Relationship Wizard : Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
• High-Level Cost Savvy : Understand benchmarking data like a pro.
