Security Guard - North Bay

Sword are now hiring Part-Time/Casual Security Guards for our North Bay location.

Key Responsibilities:

Various uniformed security roles in and around North Bay consisting of:

• Static guard services conducting interior, exterior patrols of properties and premises.
• Asset protection on-site for 8+ hours shifts often standing or patrolling a specific area or setup boundary.
• Event security small to large scale events, crowd management, smart serve certification required.
• Access control confirming entry to sites, checking ID, bags, and persons. Controlling entry and access to premises, operating gate, guard house management.
• Report writing experience considered an asset.
• Assist in Security Execution operations, coordinate and respond to all site-based emergencies, organize, and conduct medical transport as required.
• Maintain compliance of all security processes and procedures

Key Requirements:

• A valid Ontario Security Guard Licence is required along with first aid and CPR and SmartServe certification
• Use of Force Certificate is considered a strong asset.
• Must be available to work evening, overnights, and weekends
• A minimum of 1 years security experience in the Ontario security sector
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work and be on your feet for up to 10 hours
