On‑The‑Job Performance
We all have multiple tasks to perform during on‑duty time. It is your responsibility to ensure that the tasks assigned to your position are completed and in a timely manner.
Working Conditions
Physical Demands : Climbing, lifting, pulling, sitting for long periods, and managing awkward objects. Driver must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
Environmental Conditions : Must work outside in all weather, possible noise, vibration, poor weather, heavy traffic. On producer’s property may encounter icy, muddy, wet conditions.
Sensory Demands : Exposure to noise and unpleasant sights and smells.
Mental Demands : Must handle multiple collections efficiently, work independently, maintain a schedule. Problems or inconveniences may increase stress. Noise, vibration, poor weather, or heavy traffic may cause mental stress.
Qualifications
Hours of work : Undetermined relief schedule – minimum of 40 to 50 hours per week.
