Minimum Requirements :
High school diploma.Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, and automation equipment.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and documentation skills.Preferred
Technical diploma or certification in electrical maintenance with Red Seal or willingness to obtain.Responsibilities
Perform Maintenance : Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including PLCs, motors, drives, and other automated equipment.Read and Interpret Schematics : Use electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to identify and address electrical problems.Install and Test Systems : Install, test, and calibrate electrical systems and components in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Collaborate on Schedules : Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.Maintain Records : Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.Working Conditions
