Were looking for an experienced Software Development Manager (SDM) who combines strong technical and analytical capabilities with a proven ability to deliver results quickly and this role you will lead a talented team of engineers to build scalable customer-facing software products through iterative data-driven development. You will act as both a strategic operator and an execution-focused leader ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality differentiated solutions that create measurable impact. Youll also be a strong people leader capable of mentoring and scaling a high-performing engineering team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Strategy and Execution

• Own the end-to-end delivery of key projects ensuring high standards of quality reliability and scalability.
• Drive engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle including design reviews code quality testing deployment and monitoring.
• Use data and metrics to inform decisions prioritize work and continuously improve solutions.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term system health advocating for reduced technical debt and strategic architecture improvements.
