We arelooking for a Senior Advisor to join our Planning & PerformanceManagement team offering seasoned expertise and leadership incomplex crossfunctional challenges that are crucial to the companyssuccess.
This role involves a strategic position based in DhahranSaudi Arabia where you will serve as a key player in enhancing ourrisk management practices and overall P&PMefficiency.
Your Role andResponsibilities
- Strategic Analysis &Guidance : Provide analytical findings andrecommendations for P&PM activities such as business planpreparation performance tracking and analysis as well asaccountability reporting.
- Special Studies & ProjectLeadership : Conduct and lead P&PMrelated studiesdevelop performance initiatives create business cases and conductbenchmarking.
You will also be responsible for managing riskredesigning measurements processes workflows and implementinginformation system changes.
- Leadership & Mentorship : Offer supervision coordination and mentorship in P&PManalytical practices ensuring the execution of tasks by P&PMpersonnel aligns with our high standards.
- Additional Responsibilities : Carry out related staff and analytical duties as requiredcontributing to the teams overall success.
For RiskProfessionals :
- Serveas the principal advisor on risk management embedding efficiencyand effectiveness in P&PM practices.
- Identify and resolve gaps in governance and controlenvironments and support the development of risk managementtraining plans.
- Review proposals for majorinitiatives to ensure they meet risk managementrequirements.
Requirements :
- This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
- Bachelors degree inbusiness engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with aproven track record in P&PM.
- Advancedbusiness degree (e.g. MBA) or relevant professional certification(e.g. CMA CFA CPA) is highly preferred.
For RiskProfessionals :
- Bachelors degree in risk management or relateddiscipline.
- At least 12 years of direct riskmanagementrelated experience.
- Professionalcertification (e.g. IRM GARP PRIA) is an asset.
