Key Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership : Oversee all financial aspects of the service division, including revenue, margin, and operating expenses. Ensure consistent growth in profitability and market share.
- Sales Growth Leadership : Drive service sales by developing go-to-market strategies, expanding existing customer relationships, and opening new revenue channels. Partner closely with sales leadership to capture cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a service growth strategy aligned with overall corporate objectives. Identify new market segments, service offerings, and revenue models.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing service organization that delivers both operational excellence and sales results.
- Customer Focus : Strengthen long-term customer partnerships by ensuring best-in-class service delivery, responsiveness, and innovation.
- Operational Excellence : Implement KPIs and performance metrics that balance financial goals with customer satisfaction and service delivery efficiency.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Administration, or related fieldsSenior Manager with 8+ years of experience in Service Leadership positionsStrategic leadership and team management that can build strong, high performing teams
Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial or technical services managementExperienced in Sales, Service Delivery Management, Repair WorkshopsBackground in Oil & Gas and / or Mining is a plusDigitalization experience is an advantageExperience in High & Medium Voltage Products is an advantageCommunication & negotiation, collaboration, analytical and change management skillsInnomotics is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
