Water tech-Restioation

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Restoration Water Technician to join our team. This role is essential in helping customers recover from water damage by performing mitigation, cleanup, and restoration services in both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on job sites
• Assess water damage and identify the source of loss
• Extract standing water and set up drying equipment
• Clean, disinfect, and take preventative measures to inhibit mold growth
• Document damage, moisture readings, and photos, and communicate findings to the Project Manager
• Perform demolition or removal of damaged materials when required
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Be available for overtime and participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Requirements:

• Valid B.C. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driver’s abstract
• Minimum 6 months of relevant restoration or related industry experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically capable of performing restoration work
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
  
  

mpensation & Benefits:

• $26.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time, permanent position

Work Location: In person / Field-based Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
