Deliverables

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced Power BI and Paginated reports with a focus on accuracy, usability, and performance. Ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy , working closely with data engineers and business analysts in the Microsoft Fabric environment.
• Consolidate and streamline overlapping report requests to reduce redundancy and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support guidance and adoption of Microsoft Fabric best practices in report building and data modelling to ensure efficient, maintainable solutions.
• Translate CRM data structures ( ERDs) into structured and scalable data products.
• Build and manage reusable certified data models using Microsoft Fabric tools, including Dataflows, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines, etc.
• Provide Power BI self-service tools training to enable independent data exploration for business users.
• Conduct workshops and develop documentation to support data literacy and empower end users.
• Support the reporting team to act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping them understand and extract value from reporting solutions.
