What We\u2019re Looking For

• Indentured Electrical or Millwright Apprentice in Alberta (2nd or 3rd year).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical and / or millwright maintenance, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Strong working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and commitment to regulatory compliance
• Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical equipment
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S practices considered an asset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment
