We are looking to update our ERP software, increase sales, and expand our market share. With this opportunity, you will help us have the bandwidth to support the growth we are seeing in all aspects of the business.

This is a hybrid role, with one day per week in the office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.

Key Responsibilities

• General day-to-day accounting function including AP, AR and complex account reconciliations.
• Preparing journal entries and providing support for the invoice processing.
• Assisting with month end tasks including financial statement preparation.
• US SOX reporting
• Assist with system transition, process updating etc.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience with MS Dynamics, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Business Central recommended

Compensation & Benefits

The posted range for this position is between $ 70,000 CAD - $ 80,000 CAD which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
