Role

Senior Advanced Quality Engineer – Permanent position. Join our Quality Assurance team with a strong manufacturing background, structured problem‑solving, and detail orientation. Ideal candidate has experience with pumping, hydraulic, electromechanical, or related products and reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Execute and support quality strategy across all NPI phases (concept, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP ramp). Apply advanced quality methodologies to ensure product requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable. Lead and deliver DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Validation, and APQP deliverables. Support early identification, escalation, and mitigation of product, process, and supplier risks. Partner with Engineering to define, review, and verify critical‑to‑quality characteristics for thermal, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Apply structured quality and reliability practices, including DFSS principles within the NPI process.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and electromechanical systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting NPI quality activities for complex products.
