Duties
As an administrative professional with ACOA, you will :
Accomplish work that allows you to use your organizational and leadership skills;
Support the delivery of ACOA's programs and activities to the public and business community; and
Plan and coordinate the administrative workflow within a unit.

Intent of the process
At this time, we anticipate using the result of this process to staff 4 positions via a term or indeterminate appointment.
This process could also be used to staff other similar positions at ACOA, with various language requirements, various conditions of employment and / or various tenure including term or indeterminate appointments.
There may be an opportunity for employment at other locations, in Atlantic Canada, outside of the above-mentioned cities.

Information you must provide
Your résumé.
In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
EDUCATION :
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience.
EXPERIENCE :
Experience in at least one of the following :
- Providing administrative support services; and / or
- Providing client services
Experience in using various computer software applications such as Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
The following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job)
Various language requirements
Some positions will require imperative bilingual proficiency (BBB / BBB; CBC / CBC; CCC / CCC) and others will require an english essential proficiency.

EDUCATION (ASSET) :
The completion of a post-secondary program of at least one year in a field related to the position would be an asset.
ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS :
