Service Shift Manager

This pivotal role is designed for a leader who excels in managing service operations and teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while contributing to our mission of creating sustainable employment opportunities, especially within Indigenous communities across Canada.

Location : Various locations available. Please specify your preferred location upon application. Key Responsibilities : Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Lead, motivate, and manage service teams across shifts, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance work environment.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service department, implementing continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any cross-functional challenges. Manage staffing levels, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize service coverage and response times.

Ideal Candidate : Proven experience in service operations management, with a strong track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing customer expectations and resolving complex service issues.
