Your job
Diagnose problematic situations and intervene in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of permanent fixes, with a view to continuous improvement;
As a Senior Analyst (N3), support the N2 team during critical incidents.
- Supervise the implementation of new network infrastructure solutions;
- Analyze change requests concerning the network infrastructure, assess the impacts on existing applications, suggest and make appropriate modifications;
- Understand business issues, identify stakeholders' network infrastructure needs and propose technological solutions to support the execution of their activities;
- Perform various complex analyses, identify gaps and formulate recommendations to optimize the efficiency of systems and resolve major problems;
- Provide management with all the information to influence directions and strategies related to network infrastructure.
Your team
Within the I&0 team sector, you are part of a large team of 15 colleagues and report to the Director of IT Telecommunications Management.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the sector of activity and 10 years of relevant experience
- Good experience in troubleshooting Networks in an AWS "Cloud" environment
- Good experience in incident resolution in a Cisco environment
- Very good knowledge of network technologies / concepts (Switch, Router, Firewall, WAN accelerator, VPN, Load-Balancer, F5, DNS, Proxy, VoIP, QoS)
- Knowledge of network tools (Wireshark, Zabbix, etc.)
- Experience in the financial sector desirable
- Excellent ability to work in complex environments and to assimilate complex technological concepts
- CCNP certification desirable
- AWS certification desirable
- ITIL certification desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and interact with various stakeholders (technical, senior management, etc.)
- Communication skills both orally and in writing
