Passionate about hospitality and the guest experienceExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong written communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage showroom flow during peak periodsDetail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and presentation standardsTech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and OutlookPrevious experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail preferredSchedule : Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation Potential : $20-$25
What a day in the life of a Guest Experience Ambassador looks like :
Greet & Guide Guests : Ensure very guest begins their experience with clarity and positivityHospitality Excellence : Maintain a premium hotel-level guest lounge with coffee, snacks, and a clean inviting atmosphereShowroom Standards : Keep guest-facing areas pristine and visually appealingDelivery Day Magic : Prepare for handover, share important ownership details, and capture memorable moments for our marketing teamPost Delivery Care : Continue the guest relationship with thoughtful follow-up and personalized touchesPost Delivery Care : Prepare and sent handwritten thank-you cards to guests who have taken delivery
Lead by Example : Champion hospitality standards and support a culture of exceptional guest experiencesProblem Solver : Anticipate needs, resolve minor issues, and escalate concerns promptly when necessary
