Envirojim is a company specializing in the recycling and revalorization of materials, in collaboration with European suppliers, and is currently looking for someone to fill the position of " Administrative Assistant ".
Whether you have experience or not, we provide on-site training .
Job type : Full-time, permanent, day shift
Work schedule : 40h / week, Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Salary : Competitive (to be discussed according to experience)

Job location : On-site (St-Isidore office)
Main duties :
- Perform accounts receivable activities (prepare and send customer invoices);
- Perform accounts payable activities (registration of supplier invoices);
- Validate various data in collaboration with management;
- Process expense reports and invoices;
- Update social networks;
- Manage incoming calls;
- Perform any other tasks required by the position.
The person we are looking for must :
- Be bilingual (English - French, spoken and written);
- Be dynamic, autonomous and responsible;
- Knowledge of the Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word);
- Knowledge of accounting (an asset);
- Interpersonal skills, initiative and willingness to take on challenges;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
