About the Role

Product Trainer will support the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs designed to enhance employee and partner knowledge and sales effectiveness. Under the guidance of the National Training Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring consistent alignment with Miele’s standards of quality, service excellence, and brand values.

What You Will Do

Training Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, and implement learning materials tailored to specific organizational needs.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using various formats, including in-person theoretical and hands-on workshops.
• Ensure training content accurately reflects Miele’s products, services, processes, and brand messaging.
• Continuously assess and refine training approaches to maximize participant engagement and knowledge retention.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
