Summary :

This role requires close collaboration with ABAPdevelopers and functional teams to apply SAP modulespecific notes.The responsibilities extend to demonstrating a strong understandingof SAP change and release management controls and processes.

Theresource will ensure full compliance and control adherence withinthe environment with a keen focus on security. Additionallyexpertise with the SNOTE tool SAP Data Dictionary modificationsside effect notes and SPAU / SPDD adjustments during the support packapplication process is required.

Strong troubleshooting skillsengaging with various teams both technical and functional toaddress specific application errors problems and performanceissues.

Responsibilities :

• Extensive handson ABAP or BASIS experience in applyingOSS notes SPAU SPAUENH and SPDD for Support packs and Enhancementpacks
• At least 2 full life cycle SPAU and SPDDsupport for implementations / upgrades covering at least 3 or moreSAP Products as described : ECC BW SRM GTS GRC SLT
• Application of Third party transports andprerequisites
• Work with ABAP developers andFunctional teams as needed for applying SAP module specificnotes
• Strong familiarity with SAP change andrelease management controls and processes. Must ensure fullcompliance / control adherence of the environment.

Must be securityaware.

• Good knowledge of SNOTE tool SAP Datadictionary modifications Side effect notes and Support packapplication process
• Work with various teamsincluding technical and / or functional team to troubleshoot specificapplication errors problems and performance issues
• Use of SAP OSS system to look for solutions to problemscreate SAP incidents and escalate when required
• On call support to provide 24x7x365 response to criticalsystem issues
• Ready to work weekends. Needs tohave do whatever it takes mindset to resolve the issues

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting Finance MISComputer Science or other IT related field
• 5years of IT experience
• 5 years of experiencedeveloping in SAP ABAP

Preferences :

• Extensive working experience with SAP ABAPsystems
• Database knowledge that includesOracle and table structures
• Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills to quickly recognize isolateand resolve technical problems
• An integratedknowledge of other Information Technology disciplines.
• Ability and skills to provide valued technical ideas andadvice to other team members
• Goodinterpersonal skills selfmotivated ability to provide afterhourssupport for global customers in differing time zones
