We have an opportunity available in the Mississauga area near Derry & Argentia as a Picker Packer. This role is with a leader in the medical industry distributing surgical kits and products.

Title : Picker Packer / Put aways
Shift : 10 : 30am- 7pm Monday to Friday (40 hour work week)
Location : Derry & Argentia
Pay : $19 / hr

Responsibilities
What will you be responsible for?
- Order Picking and packing
- Using an RF scanner to pick parts
- Return of inventory in a timely manner
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory
- Packing, labeling, shipping instruments, and using shipping programs as needed
- Follow directions closely and possess ownership / responsibility for tasks
- Role is 80% order picking surgical parts
- Role is 10% breaking down skids / opening boxes, unpacking orders
- Role is 10% shipping sets out (entering orders into freight software)
- Able to lift weights up to 50lb (mostly 20-30lbs)
- Other duties as required within the warehouse
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehousing experience
- The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of order picking experience
- Demonstrates sound knowledge and understanding of health and safety
- Physically able to lift up to 30lbs
- Excellent communication and team spirit
- Excellent work ethic and moral’s
