Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions using modern frameworks and cloud technologiesLead and contribute to technical discovery, architecture exploration, and solution designProduce and maintain technical artifacts, diagrams, and documentationImplement features and enhancements that meet business and user needsApply security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsConduct and lead code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable codeCollaborate with DevOps teams to support CI / CD pipelines and automated deploymentsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, reliability, and security issuesWork closely with designers to deliver accessible, intuitive, and consistent user interfacesAdvise architects and product owners on technical options and implementation strategiesSupport solution deployment, launch, and ongoing sustainmentContribute to reusable components and shared platform capabilitiesMentor and onboard technical team membersFollow Agile / Scrum methodologies, including dual-track development, within a collaborative team cultureRequired Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience (Must Have)
7+ years of experience in API development with strong back-end architecture design, including security, performance, versioning, error handling, reliability, and data integrity7+ years of experience applying user-centered design principles and collaborating with UX / UI designers8+ years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer on large-scale Agile enterprise projects (teams of 15+ members)7+ years of experience working with relational and NoSQL databases to deliver secure and scalable solutions7+ years of experience working within Agile development teamsNice to Have
