What you’ll do
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and accurate record keeping
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders and team members globally
- Support basic marketing coordination and liaison activities (templates and guidance provided)
- Participate in weekly training and team sessions
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement and operational support
