Project Coordinator – Software Asset Management
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the development and implementation of governance and issue resolution processes for Software Asset Management and the creation of a certified software list for end‑user workstations. This role will focus on improving workflows, ensuring license compliance, and enhancing service delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to design and implement governance and issue resolution processes
- Research and evaluate technology trends to inform solution design
- Architect new IT services, develop solution papers, and test plans
- Evaluate current services and recommend remedial actions where required
- Assist in determining hardware / software requirements and support proof‑of‑concept rollouts
- Provide quality control on production implementations and communicate operational guidelines
- Review new service and technology requests, assess impacts, and recommend remediation
- Develop project plans, schedules, and estimates for architectural deployments
- Document technical recommendations and provide guidance to management and project teams
- Ensure change management processes are followed and risks / issues are tracked
- Provide reporting on project status, time tracking, and deliverables
- Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and enhance project delivery outcomes
Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following :
University graduation in business, management, or related discipline and 4 years of project coordination experience; ORTwo‑year diploma in business, management, or related discipline and 6 years of project coordination experience; OROne‑year certificate in business, management, or related discipline and 7 years of project coordination experience; OREight years of project coordination experienceExperience Requirements
