Production Foreman (Evenings)
Our customer manufactures commercial and industrial warehousing solutions. They are looking for a Production Foreman on the evening shift.
- Manage a team of 20 employees under your responsibility, train and coach staff, evaluate staff and discipline as needed;
- Ensure tasks are completed on time;
- Coordinate workload, reallocate labor to the most important priorities throughout the shift;
- Ensure quality of the work and make regular reports to the department head;.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety practices, plant policies and procedures;
- Maintain the department inventory;
- Ensure the maintenance of the department's machinery and equipment;
- Drive the forklift (standing and seated) as needed.
Requirements :
- Diploma or pertinent experience (in a manufacturing environment);
- Experience managing production employees;
- Proficient with MS Office and computer tools;
- French.
