Location : Concord, Ontario On-site

Compensation : $55,000 to $58,000 + Benefits + GRSP

What You'll Do

You will play a key role in coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, managing parts logistics, and maintaining accurate service records. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure operations run smoothly and customers receive timely service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service dispatches for the Quebec region
• Provide support to Central dispatch as required
• Handle incoming customer inquiries in French and English
• Organize technician schedules and monitor job progress
• Manage inventory and logistics related to parts and equipment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service calls
