Account Service Representative - ATM / Business Deposits – Job Description

Responsible for processing currency in a processing centre

Routine data entry and on-line input of transactions using basic understanding of products / processes and technology applications

Focus is on meeting throughput targets with accuracy

Duties : Process and balance Business client’s cash, coin and cheque deposits following established procedures

Prepare and process outgoing and incoming parcels

Meets established throughput targets

Ensures all documents are examined for completeness / accuracy

Work is processed under camera surveillance to protect all stakeholders

Account Service Representative - ATM / Business Deposits – Mandatory Skills

1-4 years cash handling experience in a processing environment

High School Diploma

Possesses efficient and accurate data entry abilities using MS Excel

Very good physical dexterity, key stroke speed and accuracy are important in order to effectively meet processing targets

General math skills and accounting / reconciliation skills

Proficient communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requires physical lifting capability of (up to 50 lbs) work bag / content

Previous banking experience an asset
