On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for an Account Service Representative - ATM/Business Deposits.

Account Service Representative - ATM/Business Deposits – Job Description

• Responsible for processing currency in a processing centre

• Routine data entry and on-line input of transactions using basic understanding of products/ processes and technology applications

• Focus is on meeting throughput targets with accuracy

• Duties: Process and balance Business client’s cash, coin and cheque deposits following established procedures

• Prepare and process outgoing and incoming parcels

• Meets established throughput targets

• Ensures all documents are examined for completeness/accuracy

• Work is processed under camera surveillance to protect all stakeholders

Account Service Representative - ATM/Business Deposits – Mandatory Skills

• 1-4 years cash handling experience in a processing environment

• High School Diploma

• Possesses efficient and accurate data entry abilities using MS Excel

• Very good physical dexterity, key stroke speed and accuracy are important in order to effectively meet processing targets

• General math skills and accounting/reconciliation skills

• Proficient communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Requires physical lifting capability of (up to 50 lbs) work bag/content

• Previous banking experience an asset
