Position Summary :

The Senior IT Project Engineer is responsible for leading and executing complex IT projects across our client base. This role combines hands-on technical delivery with project leadership and mentorship, ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently, securely, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in designing scalable systems, guiding junior staff, and contributing to continuous improvement across our project operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead IT Projects : Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end IT projects, taking charge of server upgrades, VM migrations, network configurations, and more.
• Design Client-Centric Solutions : Lead and collaborate on designing custom IT solutions tailored to client needs, including VOIP telephony solutions on the 3CX platform.
• Cloud Management : Independently manage and migrate files and directories to cloud platforms like Azure AD, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Network Management : Install, configure, and maintain wireless access points, switches, routers, and other network components.
• Provide Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor junior engineers, ensuring high standards of technical support and client satisfaction.
• VOIP Telephony : Lead the installation and configuration of VOIP telephony solutions on the 3CX platform.
• Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain detailed project documentation, reporting progress and challenges to the Project Coordinator.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Project Coordinator for scheduling, stakeholder communication, and project updates.
