The Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Microsoft 365 Developer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing building and implementing robust business applications using Microsoft Power Platform Copilot SharePoint and Purview. Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration is considered a strong asset.

As a Microsoft 365 Developer at Elantis your projects will include :

Power Platform Development : Developing canvas apps model-driven apps and cards; create tables columns views and triggers in Dataverse. Developing automated instant scheduled UI and business process flows in Power Automate. Creating forms charts and dashboards. Implementing role-based security.

Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management : Working with the Admin Center Pipelines Version Control System Package Deployer Solution Packager and CLI.

SharePoint Development : Building Global Hub and Local navigations. Configuring Web Parts document libraries lists permissions and social networking features. Integrating with Power App Power Automate Power BI Excel Outlook third-party apps etc.

SharePoint Migrations : Performing migrations from SharePoint on premise network drives and non-Microsoft sources such as OpenText Drupal or M-files using migration software and scripts.

Purview Records Management : Implementing information lifecycle archiving and records management best practices. Configuring and maintaining Microsoft Purview solutions aligning with business requirements and best practices. This includes retention events labels and policies templates licensing user roles and eDiscovery.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM : Configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications particularly CRM Customer Service module. Managing cases knowledge management entitlements SLAs analytics and insights. Implementing scheduling multi-session experience for Customer Service routing and connected customer services

Required Skills & Experience :

5 years experience developing solutions in the Microsoft 365 platform.

3-5 years experience with SharePoint configuration development and migrations.

3-5 years hands-on expertise with Power Platform : Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse.

Experience configuring Microsoft security capabilities such as Purview Intune Defender and Sentinel.

Experience implementing Dynamics 365 apps : Sales Customer Service Field Service and Omnichannel.

Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.

Experience with data migrations and integration scenarios.

Scripting knowledge using PowerShell for automation and deployment tasks.

Experience with data migrations and integration scenarios.

Integration experience using REST APIs Azure Logic Apps or custom connectors.

Coding skills in JavaScript C# HTML CSS and Liquid.

Solid understanding of business processes solution architecture and relational data modeling.

Experience building end-to-end business solutions from design through deployment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced client-focused environment.

PL-200 / PL-400 : Power Platform Functional Consultant / Developer Associate

PL-600 : Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert

PL-900 / MB-910 : Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Fundamentals

SC-200 / SC-400 : Microsoft Security Operations Analyst / Administrator Associate

MS-900 : Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

AZ-900 / AI-900 : Azure Fundamentals Azure AI Fundamentals

SC-900 : Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals

MB-210 / MB-230 / MB-240 : Dynamics 365 Sales Customer Service and Field Service

MB-220 / MB-300 / MB-310 / MB-800 : Dynamics 365 Marketing F&O or Business Central
