To achieve this goal and ensure growth outside Quebec, the Business sector has set up a multidisciplinary team responsible and accountable for quickly developing and delivering comprehensive solutions to the benefit of our members and clients and developing the market outside Quebec. As a process integration specialist, enterprise banking, you work closely with process leaders, product managers, operational efficiency advisors to bring product lines to life through seamless processes that are in line with member and client expectations and aim for a high level of efficiency for Desjardins. As an integrator, you ensure that the business processes of Desjardins Group reflect the reality of market activities outside Quebec. You lead and influence development projects and complex, highly innovative strategic initiatives involving multiple specialists and practitioners. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. This position reports to the Business Services Transformation Monitoring and Execution Department. However, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that will be specifically working on laying the groundwork for a market outside Quebec. More specifically, you will be required to :
Act as integrator for all Business Services processes outside Quebec
Establish a clear vision for the processes under your responsibility and lead initiatives and contributors in matrix mode
Manage process performance by setting objectives and performance indicators
Review, approve and communicate changes / changes to processes
Continuously improve processes, stay on top of efficiency gains, improve the member / client experience and follow market trends
Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends in your field and make recommendations to develop best practices for the organization

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of nine years of relevant experience in corporate financing (retail, non-retail, intermediate)
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Process management experience
Lean Six Sigma belt
Knowledge of the business financing market outside Quebec, especially in Ontario
Proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and / or clients
