We are seeking an experienced Oracle Benefits and Compensation Consultant to join our this role you will be responsible for leading the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules as part of a broader HCM Cloud program.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements design effective solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally you will provide expert guidance on best practices process improvements and system capabilities within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules as part of a broader HCM Cloud program.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
