Video Producer

We have a unique opportunity for a talented producer to flex their creative chops and take our client’s industry leading YouTube channel (Sunny Lenarduzzi) to the next level.

We’re looking for a strong creative to lead and elevate the creativity, storytelling, and value of Sunny’s content and someone with a love for small but a mighty company culture!

You won’t be at it alone, either. You’ll receive YouTube specific guidance from the very same people that have grown YouTube channels to 10M subscribers & 5B views, using some of the most innovative creative formats and execution.

We’re aiming to create engaging, informative, highly accessible and entertaining videos that open people’s eyes to the very real potential of earning an amazing living by monetizing their expertise.

What You'll Do

In this brand-new role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the video content vertical of the company. Sunny has led production for years and now is looking for a strong producer to take over and do it even better.

As the Producer of Sunny’s YouTube and digital media production, you’ll work closely with Sunny and team to translate business insights and stories into simple, engaging, and entertaining videos for YouTube.

You’ll ideate, write, shoot, edit, design, and work with freelance creatives to produce high performing YouTube content that drives business results.

What you’ll learn throughout the process will change the way you see the world and business. It will serve as an unparalleled learning experience.

You should be comfortable being able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You will take the initiative to build out our content pipeline and leading all efforts to grow our YouTube channel and produce aspirational content.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a preditor (producer, director, editor), or filmmaker / videographer / content creator, able to resourcefully create videos from scratch to finish with minimal supervision
• Proficient with Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc
• Strong interest, curiosity, and passion for business and marketing
• Strong ability to translate complicated insights into simple, accessible language and highly entertaining video formats
• Ability to run autonomously and lead the building of a new digital media production department from scratch

More Details

CAD 60,000 - 70,000 total annual compensation, based on experience + bonus based on channel performance.

Must live within a 25mi radius of North Vancouver, Canada (to be able to travel to and from Vancouver for shoots), or be willing to relocate accordingly.

Must be willing to travel for shoots.

Basic video equipment will be provided.
