Activate is a tech company known for creating Canadas first full-scale interactive gaming facility. We are experiencing significant expansion and are looking to expand our team with the addition of an Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator. The AP Coordinator supports the Finance team by managing Activatesvendor payments andfinancialobligations.The roleis responsibleforthereview and processing of invoices, data entry,timelypayments, vendor reconciliation, andmaintaining complete and organized records to support efficient financial operations. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The Duties and Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable &Finance Support

• Process invoices and payments daily, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, andrequiredapprovalsin accordance withcompany policies.
• Match invoices topurchaseorders and supporting documentation.
• Perform regular vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesin a timely manner.
• Monitor AP aging andescalate overdue or unresolved items as needed.
• Process cheque runs, EFT / ACH payments, and other bill payments.
• Assistwith month-end close activities, includingaccountspayablerelated reconciliations.
• Reconcile company credit card statements and employee expense reports.
• Support audit and financial review requestsbypreparing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Ensureaccuratefiling and record-keeping of accounts payabletransactions.
