Job Title : Education Program Consultant Position Type : FTE Location : Remote Salary Range : 36,000 - 45,000 (CAD / Per Year) Job ID# : #135597 Job Duties : Conduct client needs analysis and evaluates the effectiveness of training solutions Provide 1 : 1 coaching sessions to support clients in identifying career goals and establishing an action plan for achieving job success Continuously demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring our students and improving our overall operations and impact as a company Manage and maintain strong client relationships by focusing on timely client support, clear and effective communication, and producing high-quality deliverables Be responsible for creating detailed program plans that accurately describe the tasks, deliverables, and due dates for multiple ongoing student projects Advise students regarding a job application, timeline, career goals Assist the Manager in aligning the business development strategy with product / service development Support business development and lead generation activities Support program growth and marketing initiatives as assigned Must Haves : Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude plus good teamwork Experience successfully multi-tasking and working independently preferred Benefits : Flexible working hours Remote working Paid holidays 401(k) Dental Insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Build a high-level network Exclusive Uoffer events About us : Uoffer is an education technology corporation founded by an elite team from top tech companies in Silicon Valley.
