Duties and Responsibilities
- Duties and responsibilities vary and may increase according to grade level
- Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs the military and civilian human resources and fiscal programmatic activities.
- Serves as the personnel strategic planner and resource development / allocation manager.
- Performs budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analysis and cost analyses of multi-year funding needs for one or more future budget years.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships.
