$90,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

Exciting vacancy for an experienced Controls Engineer for machinery integration - No International travel required

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead, delegate, and develop a small team of controls specialists
• Lead the technical deliverables for control systems integration into production equipment, robotics, vision systems, and other automation technologies in Tier 1 automotive facilities
• Define system requirements, develop functional specifications, and design system architectures for reliability
• Program AB PLC and FANUC Robots
• Validate control systems meet ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex control system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
