Job descriptionProvide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language Help customers resolve basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and / or services Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Fluent in both Spanish and English Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience High school diploma or GED Open availability for work shifts A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided High-speed internet connection (no wireless / hotspots or satellite)
