Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Maintenance Administrator to join our client's office team in Edmonton, AB. In this position you will play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Supervisor by handling administrative tasks, allowing the Supervisor to maximize time in the field. This position ensures accurate job reporting, proper scheduling, workload balancing, and maintenance profile assignments for new or updated contracts. You will collaborate closely with Maintenance Supervisors, Field Technicians, Customer Care Centre agents, and Contract Administrators to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
