Compensation
$48.00$56.00 / hour to start based onexperience.
Overtimepaid for Weekends and Holidaysworked.

DayShift Monday Friday; 8 : 00am5 : 00pm
Eligiblefor Education Assistance Program after 6 months of employment thatincludes 3 study visits to the USA along with other onjob trainingand certification opportunities.

Experienceworking with atmospheric / cryogenic gases and related equipment is amajor asset. Knowledge of welding electrical maintenance or PLCscombined with postsecondary education in any of the relateddisciplines or Journeyman status in Electrical InstrumentationRefrigeration or Mechanical Maintenance are all definite assets.
TheMaintenance technician handles the assembly / disassembly of rotatingequipment pumps and compressors across northernAlberta.
Requirements :
- Abilityto work with pumps gearboxes compressors knowledge of cryogenictechnologies and calibrateequipment
- Abilityto repair and replace bearings gears seals and structuralcomponents
- Abilityto diagnose and troubleshoot the rotating equipment and theirmechanical parts : compressors pumps blowers and valves
- Ableto complete reports read mechanical and electricalschematics
- Troubleshootelectronic and computer operated controls troubleshoot rentalequipment and inventory ofparts
- Abilityto follow verbal and written instructions of a technical nature andprepare technicalreports
- Ableto plan and implement the maintenance activities including partsordering and inventory management
- Followsafety instructions and reduce risks related to daily workroutine
- Representthe company to external stakeholders in a professionalmanner.
